Where possible, we try to rectify faults remotely, whether network or device related. Also, by reducing the amount of miles we do with careful planning of job routing and tracked vehicles, along with taking the required parts with us on the first job, we can reduce down time on your devices and cut fuel usage and emissions.
Equipment rental is just that. You are renting a piece of equipment directly from us, rather than buying or leasing. You will still need to have a Service Agreement in place to cover all the breakdown calls, servicing, and toners. If you keep hold of the empty cartridges, our Engineers will collect them on their next visit and return them here, where they are recycled by one of our partners.

From the very first dealing with Elmrep the service has been impeccable! The team are always on hand for any issues and are often able to help instantly and remotely. Amazing service today from Elmrep! Our printer had lost connection with the ordering service, meaning we were out of toner and no printing services for our main office. š± Called them up, and they were out with supplies and had the issue resolved within an hour! Top notch customer service ā

We have used Elmrep for the last five or more years and have always found Lee, Luke and all of the team to be very helpful, reliable and friendly. If we ever have a problem with our printer (almost always caused by us) they will come out straight away it fix it or talk us through fixing it over the phone. Could not speak more highly of them and would highly recommend their services.

Rang Lee from elm rep as our printer went down!
Within 24 hours we had a new printer installed on location by Luke, who I can honestly say I was extra impressed of how helpful & professional he was!
Iām not technically minded so he took his time to help me understand the machine
Pleasantly surprised on how quickly the turn around is , brilliant staff & quality customer service all around
