We offer traditional milling and CNC engraving/routing services for a wide range of clients in a wide range of quantities, from a single item to runs of tens of thousands as well as offering the very latest laser engraving techniques. Our laser engraving technology also allows us to use CO2 technology to permanently mark material, similar to burning or printing as well as cutting and engraving the material.
We combine the latest CNC machining and turning processes with proprietary technology to deliver high quality, on-demand parts. Our typical tolerance accuracy ranges from 0.005" - 0.001", depending on customer specs. Computer numerical control (CNC) is the automation of machine tools by means of computers executing pre-programmed sequences of machine control commands.
We can produce high voltage conducting engineered cables for use in a wide variety of applications. We have a dedicated engineering facility for the production of high specification cabling. The applications for such cables vary but typically include high capacity earthing cable using super conducting copper cabling manufactured to exacting requirements.
The manufacture of Shop Signs, Facia Signs and Business Signs are a part of our core business. From a site visit and meeting with the client we will be able to design, manufacture Print, Paint and install all from under one roof. Having well trained staff with a vast knowledge that that can cope with all recognised sign manufacturing and design requirements allows us to target all types of customer requirements and needs.
