Amazing food and great atmosphere. I have lived in the area for 13years and never tried this place. I will definitely be back for the great food.
They often have music nights in this venue also which they have advertised. They have covid measures in place and tables are well Segregated to allow customers plenty of space to manovor decor it fitting with the old time style of Inn u wou have found many years ago with exposed original beems.
Fabulous

Everything was lovely. Service an food. Only down side is we were seated in what can only be described as a corridor with 3tables put in it. Also few times tables were moved in an out of it. I guess getting as many in as possible. Didn make for comfortable dining imo.

We went past it so many times but tonight decided to call in...oh boy.. am I happy we made that choice.. I had loaded burger and my partner had roast. We both fussy enough eaters, but food was really good. My partner was a bit disappointed by roast potato.However....overall 10/10 pub grub.Btw...portions are quite big so I was glad we didn't order starter as after main corse and drink we had no room for anything.

Been driving past this place for years always saying that id call in for for a bite to eat , Called in today with the family , ordered breaded mushrooms for starter and a roast beef dinner and my girlfriend got risotto, the mushrooms were disappointing not much flavour just greasy with an unfresh side salad , took few bites of my roast dinner , wasn't keen after few bites , probably the worst tasting roast I've had , and the roast potatoes the skin was hard as show leather , my girlfriend didnt like her risotto either she had three or four bites then we asked for the bill having only eaten few
