Initially starting with Lettings in 2007, LMS opened the Sales Department in 2010 by demand from landlords looking to sell their investments, and since, both Sales and Lettings have grown year on year, with clients coming back time and again.

Once you have chosen a suitable home with LMS, you will need to pay a Holding Fee in order to start the referencing and credit check process.

I've just secured an amazing house through Kevin at LMS. He made the process of renting so simple, answered all of my questions and was extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend renting a house through LMS as I feel really well looked after as a tennant and I am extremely pleased with the service that they have provided.

After failing to find a property to let with other local letting agents due to having pets, I called into LMS with very little hope. How wrong was I..
I was greeted by a smashing gentleman called Kevin who immediately made me feel relaxed and welcomed. After explaining that I had 2 outdoor cat that only come in the house for a couple of hours a day to be fed, and were not keep in the house all day & night, he made the extra effort to contact the landlord and explained my situation more directly. His efforts paid of and the landlord was fine with the situation. Definitely recommend these guy's

Wow! Buying my first home was becoming very stressful and overwhelming with Difficult solicitors but with the help from Michelle at LMS she made it much easier experience. She helped me a lot through the process I’m pushed and for the right thing . without her help and advice I’m more than likely would still be waiting for my house to complete.She was just amazing and really looked after me , no question was to big or to small and even when she was at home stick she still carried on to do her very best for us and I can’t thank her enough anyone buying a house with Michelle couldn’t be in

Michelle From LMS went above and beyond to help us with purchasing our first home
with it being our first house we had no idea what we were doing but luckily we had Michelle to help us through the process Michelle helped us chase the sellers solicitor and answered any questions we had. I used LMS to view a property they had for sale. They just got all the little things right. Answered the phone quickly. Arranged for a viewing for the next day without hassle. Then allowed me to view another property at the same time when I saw another LMS for sale sign on the same street. Submitted my offer - formally - straight away. Whilst Michelle (who I dealt with) obviously works for the seller she facilitated the deal with insightful details as to how I might bid, what id need to do with t he property and so on. Very friendly team. myself and my husband have rented from LMS since 2017. We found a home we loved and settled in as a family and the landlord unfortunately sold the house. From February Kevin and Alison have been absolutely fantastic. They’ve gone above and beyond to help us in anyway they could. They found us our new hopefully forever home again. We came in to sign for the new property and were met by smiles and a lot of banter from Kevin. Even over the phone they make you feel like a really valued client. Which is actually lovely to have. As a landlord LMS looked after a property on my behalf. All the staff but in particular Alison offered a FIVE STAR SERVICE with a personal touch.
Throughout my rental agreement with them they were always very courteous and professional and kept me informed on a regular basis about the property and tenants.
