Services
Our team are highly qualified in all aspects of childcare including NVQ Level 3 in Childcare up to Degree level. We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment and enjoyment. This could be through long term qualification routes or short courses or in-house training.
Our facilities provide state of the art security throughout, giving our parents complete peace of mind as to the safety of their precious children. We have pin coded security entrances / exits ensuring your child is safe at all times. Each room has CCTV which is controlled and monitored by the Nursery Manager on an ongoing basis.
The new Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) describes the time in your child's life between birth and age 5. It is a very important stage, as it helps your child get ready for school as well as preparing them for their future learning and successes. From the day your child is born up until the age of 5, their early years experience should be happy, active, exciting, fun and secure; and support their development, care and learning needs.
We involve parents in the education of their children in order to support and extend each child's learning and foster a climate of co-operation, respect and to promote mutual understanding. A good relationship between the home and nursery is seen as being central to the children's success and development.

Full marks on everything. I honestly feel so happy to have this amazing nursery for my son. I see as his second home. He absolutely loves it and I feel at ease having to leave him there all day whilst I work. Nothing beats knowing my child is happy and safe. Thank you.

Was very disappointed with the care provided to my child, he was at the nursery for 9months. He was not academically challenged, nor was his day to day activities communicated to me regularly. I raised my concerns with class staff, manager and director on several occasions but, was told that they had many other children they had to see to. Since then, my son has left and they have been rated as 'inadequate'

My daughter has attended to Fairytales for over 2 years and it has been her first and last nursery as she leaves to go school this year. My daughter has loved going to to fairytales nursery, all staff are lovely it’s like a another home made of a loving family who take care of little ones like they are their own. All the staff are very loving and take care brilliantly bringing the best out of the children ready for school. My little one has come along so much going to fairytales with her learning and speech. She is also toilet trained ready for school, the nursery provides lovely fun activities

I am highly satisfied with my child’s reaction when he sees Fairytales! He just loves nursery and all the experience he receives, the positive contacts he mades with other adults and children and unforgettable happy moments that made him smile when i say “nursery time”. As a bilingual family and my child being only 17months, he shows great… understanding of our home language and English. I cannot thank enough all team members for their support with teaching my child English words and making him feel confident in using both languages. He also loves the meals and always finishes

My daughter went to a different nursery and just didn’t settle, so I called fairytales and explained how I felt and they were so understanding. When my daughter joined she was very scared from previous experience however she was taken by Lauren who looked after her so well and helped her settle. I never thought I’d see the day my daughter would happily go to nursery! She loves it there! The staff are so kind she is very happy at nursery now. I highly recommend this nursery. I feel completely comfortable about leaving my daughter here!

My daughter settled so well at fairytales nursery, I love how I am able to follow my daughters journey with the parentlink app, my daughter has learnt so many new things since joining. She get so exited to go which put my mind at ease. The staff are very polite and always there to help! Super happy with my choice of placement for my little girl!

My daughter moved to fairytales at Christmas and the care and attention to detail is exceptional. At her previous nursery she wouldn’t eat, she cried all day and had constant accidents. Now she has been welcomed into such a caring place and the change in her is amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they really do treat the little ones like their own! I’m so grateful! Thank-you all so much!

I would recommend fairytales nursery to anyone. The staff’s care and patience is fantastic. My son found it difficult to be in the care of anybody else however he has settled in brilliantly and i also get to see all the fun he has throughout the day. Amazing nursery I wouldn’t send my son anywhere else.

I am very pleased with the way my son is being looked after and tought the things i dont always get the time to teach him because of work. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to and hard working. His key worker Lauren always takes her time to talk to me about how hes getting on, how hes eaten, what hes been up to etc. Also im always kept up to date with events and things like that. He settled in very well and made some lovely little friends.

I looked at lots of local nurseries and Fairytales stood out from the start. The staff in the 0-2 room are amazing! I was really worried about going back to work but knowing my little boy is with such lovely ladies has made it much easier. It is clear that my little boy has developed a great relationship with all staff and it is lovely to see him… happily playing when I drop off or pick up. The staff pack in a wide range of activities throughout the day and give a detailed summary at the end of the day. The staff take time to get to know the children and invest time in their development

I have never felt comfortable with the idea of putting my daughter into nursery but she started at Fairytales Nursery a few months ago and I have never been more more content. The staff are wonderful and give me daily reviews of how my daughter has got on throughout the day which is very reassuring! She loves the different themed rooms and there are always plenty of toys for her to play with.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent, especially to new mums like myself.
