Do not send your children here. Ariana is not qualified, nor does she care about the children. On many occasions she is caught speaking Spanish to others. She does favouritism with certain children and neglects others. If you care about your childs safety please send them somewhere else. Would give it a 0 if i could.

The Managment and interaction are quite poor.A couple of examples...I just found out that the nursery will close for training 20 days in advance by a newsletter in the app, not personal notification.Second,An Incident occured with my daughter and I did not like how the whole situation has been managed by the nursery.Report raised in the app and the explanation received over the phone differ. Obviously I did not want to bring my baby anymore to that place, the response from the Managment is that as a Goodwill they will not make me pay the 4 weeks notice...My daughter just joined three weeks ago

Bright Minds is a truly fantastic nursery, I can not thank them enough for the loving and caring environment that they have provided for my daughter over the past few months. All the staff know the children so well. She is happy and settled here and has made many friends. I Am grateful for the care that Sofia is receiving here it’s given her support and confidence. My child has been going to this nursery for a few months, and I can see the difference in his behaviour. He does more independent and creative play at home, and hes picked up lots of new words. The staff always keep us informed through the day, and give a good summary when I go to pick him up. I have messaged directly through the day and staff always reply. They all know the children's names and are very welcoming and friendly. Facilities are great too, everything is new and there's a lot for the children to play with.

All talk no show. I was initially amazed with the quality of school equipment and the way they talked about how much they care about children. All until I actually observed the teachers while I came for settling in sessions. They aren’t interactive with the children and neglect them most of the time whilst too busy taking pictures to upload every 5 minutes on their tablets.
I noticed my boys were bored, weren’t feeling enthusiastic, and even I felt bored. I felt like I was the teacher as I was sitting counting numbers with my kids whilst the teachers were giggling away complimenting my children

This is by far the best nursery in the area and I would definitely recommend it to any parent. The setting is beautiful and thoughtfully designed to create a safe environment for the children to explore. The staff are pleasant and professional, very attentive to children's and parents' needs and provide regular updates both through the app and in person. The nursery has a lovely outdoor area for the children to get fresh air and play outside. The children are offered a great variety of healthy meals and snacks and enjoy their meal times. Overall, it is a lovely setting for the little ones to interact

Just reviewing the settling in sessions as the person below has done. Settling in sessions are well planned out. First session I sat in and like the lady was interacting with my child (as the staff also did) This session was less about what the staff did but more about my son feeling comfortable in his environment and meeting new faces with his mother being there. He enjoyed his session. The 2nd and 3rd after dropping my son off I waited in the parent room. These sessions were more about my son feeling comfortable interacting with new faces and his environment without his mother in the room . He

My son has just finished at the end of term at brightminds Edgbaston. He has absolutely love his time here and he is going to miss everyone! He flourished here and the support he got for all the staff was amazing. There is a lot of love for all the children here and it so lovely to see. He is already excited to come back and visit everyone soon x

Absolutely fantastic nursery. To say I was worried about sending my little boy to preschool was a understatement but they completely blew me away with how supportive and amazing they are. My son loves going to nursery now. They keep me updated all day through their app that really puts my mind at ease.

My two children were the first two to attend one was 10 months and the other 3 years old and honestly I can’t praise the setting enough. They both love being there and I have no anxiety in sending them. The staff are great at informing me of every little detail and keep me informed via an app with pictures and all. I am especially impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and how much they genuinely care. My daughter talks about nursery all the time especially Anne-Marie.
