My name is Pankaj Makol and I am the Head Chef of Mohans Catering. Having started cooking at the tender age of 12, I have now been cooking for over 25 years and still carry the same motivation and enthusiasm for the industry today as I did back then. It's not the same anymore, I think business is more focused on wedding catering rather then walk in's.

I love the samosas from here but today my dad brought 30 pieces but didn't get any sauce because the person said its for the wedding!!!
I'm a customer too and the sauce adds to the experience!!! Not happy I didn't get my sauce as i usual do....Oh Mohan's (sad face)

Visit was first time in the 30 years. Poor customer service, the item did not appear to be freshly made, full of dripping oil and when enquire for the missing chutney, I was asked to pass through
in an hours time when the chutney will be available.

Owner had zero customer service skill and very rude. Placed take away order when I got there all the food wasn't even ready. Overly charge. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BY GOING THERE. YOU CAN FIND MUCH BETTER FOOD OTHER RESTAURANTS.

We've had samosa's from Mohan's before and they are one of the best out there and then today we ordered food as its Mother's Day and this was a good choice. The butter chicken was great and the kids loved it. The chilli chicken was really really good. A bit of fusion going on and a great result. Chilli paneer wrap was on point and the chicken biryani was lovely as it was different to the other biryani's that are flooding the streets of Hounslow lol. Will be ordering again. Thank you.

Really poor service when the owner is not around. Staff messing around in kitchens with music on full volume. No one present at counter to serve customers or pick up the phone. Say order will take 5 minutes and disappeared, waited 15mins and walked out as no one came back.

Absolutely delicious!! I love this place. The vegetarian samosa is unbeatable...
And the owner is very nice person.
