I cant say enough how pleased I am with service I have had over the many years that I have been coming to the Park Practice. I have had a couple of toothache outbreaks over the years and each time a phone call to reception has been met with an incredibly helpful response and an appointment being arranged quickly to help. Corrine usually answers the phone, I think she is the practice manager and she is amazingly friendly, helpful and completely professional at all times. I hope she never leaves. I will be remaining with this practice until this incarnation expires...

I had to make an emergency appointment for my 12 year old son who's front tooth got chipped quite badly on the first day of his sailing course yesterday, 28/6/21. We got an appointment with Josh this afternoon. What a lovely guy, put us at ease, x-rayed and repaired it on the spot as good as new! Fantastic, fast, friendly professional service - thanks so much Josh, Arran will be back on the water tomorrow (with a gum shield)!! Delighted!

I, and my whole family have used The Park Practice for many years. We have been impressed by their friendly, informative and professional manner and can always rely on them helping us out with any problem. I would also like to commend FOH Manager, Corinne who is always ready to sort out any issue. All in all, I’ve always said, if you find a good dentist - hold onto them!

This practice no longer offers NHS services to the majority of patients. My tooth was in agony but I could not go ahead with treatment as it was going to cost £250 for the root canal work.
BEWARE! - Misleading charges. I was charged £30+ for my consultation/work that was done when I was going in for a check and was not informed I would be getting charged for this.
Practice is ran for greed of the owners, no regard for customers facing financial difficulty especially during COVID-19 world pandemic where people are struggling so much.
The dentist and reception staff all have a lovely manner

This is a long overdue review of the practice as I've been attending as a patient of Mr Blackie for around 8 yrs now and this has been a long journey for me and I cant thank him enough for his patience and the work he has done over these years for me especially helping calm my anxiety around dentists in general and get to this stage where I'm happy with my teeth they look best they have and the healthiest after spending so many years self conscious of my teeth is great to confidently smile again. Also all the staff are very friendly and caring really great practice I would thoroughly recommend

I have been with The Park Practice for many years and as someone who suffers badly from anxiety, I can only praise the entire department for their continuous generous understanding and co-operation. Corrine the receptionist is excellent. She will make sure you are cared and looked after very well. She is so sincere and is very much liked by everyone who attends there. My own dentist, Josh, is an absolute legend because he is very gentle and soothing in his approach, always letting me know what he is doing and being very calm during any procedures I have had.

My experience at Park Practice has been first class. The reception staff reassured me and were so helpful from the minute I registered. Having had to undergo some emergency work at the dental hospital I had been given a bit of a scare, but as soon as I came to the practice everyone put me at ease, and my dentist Joshua Low worked wonders and managed to save a tooth I had previously been told would have to be extracted. I am very grateful and would highly recommend!

My husband and I began going to The Park Practice a couple of years ago and it was the best decision we've made. David Sutherland, our dentist, is excellent. He is very professional and explains every procedure. Together with the hygienist and reception staff, they are by far the best dental practice we have ever been too. I always recommend them to whoever I know.

The Park Practice is excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming, and Mr Blackie is a fantastic dentist. I was looking to straighten my smile without getting conventional metal braces and thankfully The Park Practice suggested the Clear Aligner treatment to me. Throughout the process the service and quality of work were excellent. The results were exactly what I was hoping for and I can't thank Mike and the team enough!

I have been registered and attending the Park Practice for 15 years and with good reason too. The staff are highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The practice itself is warm and welcoming making a trip to the dentist a far more enjoyable experience! Quite simply the best dental practice in town, fact.
