Trying to get someone to talk to had been a night mare and un professional not open today when I really needed them regarding issues on our purchase we have had no reassuring words at all through the house buying process and not gone smoothly at all and no help from Andrew Cole so upsetting as this should be a joyful experience buying a new place.......since posting my last review I am now adding to this as in my last review I felt s little stressed with all that was going on and as I said getting no where fast ...but I can now honestly say that at the later stages of our move we received good

I put my house up for sale with Andrew Cole back in 2013. After many fake viewings, in my opinion and poor service I took my house off the market and went on to sell it through Taylors. I am now trying to buy a house being advertised by Andrew Cole and the experience is oh so similar, no one putting themselves out to arrange viewings, trying to encourage bidding wars. All I can say is hold on to your 5 star reviews because now having had dealings with you buying and selling I find your business inadequate, unfriendly and unhelpful.

This is on behalf of a respective client of yours. He just wanted to thank Andrew cole and Sue for making his property purchase efficient and smooth. He has always been kept up-to-date with the sale as well as any issues. Sue has always been kind, polite, reapectful and overall a great person to deal with. Not many provide a service like this, if he could, he could write a dictionary size book about yourselves as to how amazing everyone has been. Very responsive and quality service next to none. Although 2020 has been very challenging, Sue has kept upto date with workload by the sounds of things

Buying and selling property certainly has its challenges, however the team at Andrew Cole ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possibly, demonstrating great communication, negotiation and knowledge sharing between all relevant parties. We sold our house in Wall Heath with Andrew Cole Estates in September 2018.
Communication from the staff was excellent right from the beginning, we were notified of any changes right from first advertisement of our property through to completion. Fees were very reasonable and the property sold with very little hassle.
