Extremely unprofessional!!!
They rejected any verified ID copy from overseas solicitor and even UK solicitor and kept requesting buyers to have ID verified by the bank for performing due diligence check, while the bank reiterated that they DO NOT offer such service. When the buyer responded that he could have a UK solicitor to clarify the requirement under AML regulation. W & H just ignored it and the transaction fell through ultimately.

Walton and Hipkiss Stourbridge office were absolute pleasure to deal with from Alice , valuing my property to Jo Bill seeing the sale through. The chain took far longer to complete than I expected and at times was frustrating and stressful, through no fault of my agent. Jo was on the ball all the time, chasing and was very patient and reassuring. Marketing and Video of my property was excellent . Definitely would use WH again

From the three agents who valued the property we needed to sell Alice from Walton & Hipkiss was the most enthusiastic and seemed confident that she could get more for it than the other two agents. Once on the market Claire was very communicative and towards the end of the sale process Jo kept her finger on the pulse by keeping a dialogue going with all parties. Walton and Hipkiss were the agents for a property we were buying. Throughout the process they were very helpful and intervened on our behalf several times when things started to get bogged down.
