The main aim of The Grove is to make people feel that this is their own home and as such they are free to make decisions about their life on a day to day basis. We offer 24 hour care with trained staff always there to help. We are close to all the amenities of Solihull, and have excellent transport links with rail and bus networks close by and also the motorways and Birmingham Airport.
Parking is available at the front of the house. Social activities are an important part of life at The Grove, activities are organised daily. We often take small parties to the Theatres in Solihull and Birmingham. Outings for afternoon tea, pub lunches and picnics also take place along with many other entertainments.

Services
I am a trainer of a variety of subjects such as Dementia & Behaviours that Challenge, Diabetes, Safeguarding and I am also the Fire Marshall for the home. I thoroughly enjoy working at The Grove knowing its a Charity. We have a great team of staff and I have seen great changes within the home and its approach to person centred care.
