Services
It is a purpose built Home which was designed by Cross & Craig Architects and built by the owners who have been managing the village since this date. In 2006 we added an extra 15 bedroom residential Unit - Clarence House, increasing our registration to 54 Nursing beds and 15 Residential beds. In 2010 this was increased to include Kensington House, a 30 bedded purpose built residential unit on the same site.
The overall aim of Moundsley Hall is to provide residents with the best standard of care, comfort and security, promoting independence as appropriate, in a friendly, tastefully decorated and furnished environment. We aspire to be the best of care homes. A team approach to planning and implementing care will be employed, the principle aim being "holistic" to ensure privacy, respect and dignity at all times.
Moundsley Hall Care Village offers a range of care services for prospective clients across five separate homes. Each home has been designed and developed to provide specific care support, based on the different types of care needs of our clientele such as elder care, residential care and many more care services.
Especially the activities which can no longer be managed at home. Most of the residents also choose to live with us because they do not want to live alone. Elderly care homes for this group of residents is simply amazing. This is all about peace of mind, and without any doubt, our care homes are able to provide a place where residents are able to explore new interests and make friends.
Dementia is a term, which is used to define a variety of progressive conditions disturbing the brain. There are many types of dementia, of which Alzheimer's disease is the most common. Some people may suffer from a combination of types of dementia. Here at Moundsley Hall Care Village, we provide care homes for dementia patients.

I know this is a bit late but my mom spent her last few weeks at this home in 2019, there was no care or compassion, she died in pain, I wouldn't put a dog in here, don't be fooled by a good cqc report, my dad has recently passed away in another home with a not so good cqc report yet they were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for you.

The majority of the staff were genuine caring people but they very much need extra staff to cope. As a family we felt that more stimulation/activities for the residents who were able to get involved was needed, as they sat day in day out in their chairs and this was quite upsetting for family members at times. Name tagging on clothes and personal items is essential, as we found that a lot of personal items went missing. Beautiful surroundings, clean spacious environment.
