We provide very high quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation on a year round basis and have 3 en-suite rooms (2 doubles and a twin) as well as a double with a private bathroom. All of our B&B rooms are very tastefully decorated and maintained to a very high standard and we provide one of the tastiest breakfasts in Keswick.

We use free range eggs, locally bought produce where possible and Fairtrade products to ensure that what goes on your plate is, in terms of taste and quality, the finest available. You will not be disappointed with your stay at our Bed and Breakfast. At Elm Tree Lodge Guest House we have 2 Double En Suite rooms.

Rooms Report

We have 2 double en suite rooms, a twin en suite room and a double room with a private bathroom. The en-suites are equipped with showers, heated towel rails, huge mirrors and shaver sockets. The double room with private bathroom has a hand basin in the room and exclusive use of a bathroom equipped with a modern walk in shower with a vertical shower tower that has double shower heads and twin body jets.

Eating out in Keswick Report

There are a plethora of places to eat out in Keswick. There's been quite a few new venues open recently and this has been great for Keswick as it has added to the already diverse range of eateries. So we would like to take this opportunity to mention a few of our recommendations for eating out whilst you are staying at our B&B.

Teresa was our host and excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.room cleaned daily and really enjoyed my stay.breakfast was local produce . I have bad back and only a few stairs to my room. Highly recommend staying here

I just have to say a big thank you to Tim and Max! The hospitality was amazing. The room was clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this lodge if you are stopping by and need a place for the night or two.
Such a beautiful place. And the private bathroom was nice.
