If you want to try something new, or you are a new colour client, we recommend that you book a consultation prior to your visit so that we can give you an idea of what service you will need, book the correct amount of time and perform any required skin tests. Find a fashionable style that will suit you and fits your lifestyle (for instance, if you want a low maintenance hairdo we won't give you a high maintenance hair style).
It is important that all our clients undergo a simple colour sensitivity test at least 48 hours prior to their first time colour application, or if they have not had colour with us for more than three months. Skin testing is here to protect you. Just pop into the salon and ask for a skin test. Our receptionist will perform it for you and it only takes a few minutes.
We only use world leading, Great Lengths hair extensions. They provide versatile, prebonded 100% human hair with guaranteed origin and ethicality. They are soft to touch, easy to care for and look incredible. They can be coloured or cut, so we can add length, volume, colour or texture to transform your look, on almost any style.
We offer a 10% discount on cut and blow dries to all students on presentation of an NUS card: Please mention when booking. Offer available Monday to Thursday with Academy and Stylist levels only. Recommendations are by far the biggest compliment that we receive and we would like to reward you for making them.
Artizan George Street is situated 1 minute away from Bath's main shopping area of Milsom Street. There is plenty of short-term pay-and -display parking (max. 2 hours) and long-term parking is available at Broad Street Car Park, Charlotte Street Car Park and the Podium Walcot Street, which are all a 5-minute walk away.

Went to Artizan to have an old colour removed and a new colour done plus a cut. Natasha worked hard on my hair and helped to get the exact colour I wanted. Very happy with the service and that they seem to have people who are actually good at colour matching and designing custom colours.

It was my first appointment at Artizan and I (regrettably) cannot remember the name of my stylist. However she was extremely friendly and I greatly enjoyed my visit. I was having a dramatic amount of hair cut off which was a little nerve-wracking for me but I was very comfortable and extremely happy with my result. The stylist I had had some experience in curly hair which was nice because previous salons have had no idea how to properly style my hair (not that it is that curly but I was informed that various stylists here have experience in curlier hair for no extra cost which is great!).
