Bought a lovely Crossland x elite from Lee at eric carter cars during lockdown. Considering everything had to be done over the phone due to restrictions Lee made it all simple even the handover which had to be done remotely went smoothly.
Give these guys a try customer service is second to none. This is our second car from them, the first a little Hyundai for the wife is still going strong. Will definitely return

Great cars , price's and service. Follow up six weeks after getting car some nice person put a dint in passenger door , only went back to Eric,s to ask for advise , told me to bring car back two days later , repair was carried out in no time , only charge me cost price. You just want y buy your next car from them. Many thanks

I have bought four cars from Eric Carter and will keep going back. After sales service is 100%, for a family firm this is brilliant. My current car is a Ford C-Max, and was low mileage some small stone chip marks on it but these were taken care of instantly. The V5 form was ready to be signed and the car was taxed, this should take about a month but not worried by the wait has I have checked and it is showing on my check my car app. Will always return to Eric Carter for my cars and recommend him every time. Polite courteous at all times
