The team at Woodcroft got me a great deal on finance for my new car even incorporating some negative equity from my p/x. Ray seems a real genuine guy and nothing is too much hassle and gave a decent price for the car I was trading in. John (I think) who looks after cleaning for the handover after purchase super friendly too. Ray also helped me buy a 2 year warranty for added peace of mind. Will use again in the future.

Cannot recommend highly enough top quality used cars ,efficient friendly service.. .......drove down from Ayrshire Scotland 300 mile round trip on a Sunday was supposed to be a leisurely drive got flat on the way causing us serious delays salesman kept the showroom open after hours till we arrived (thank-you once again for that ) could not have been more helpful and friendly

I arrived late on a Saturday after along day of driving around, missing cars I wanted. I did phone ahead to say I was coming. It was pretty much closing time but after a little persuading Ray got out the car I was keen on and let me have a mini test drive. I thought about it overnight and decided to buy. Ray listened to what I wanted and gave me a good deal. I have the car delivered within a week and all was good. After a little warming up I found Ray really helpful and his admin in the office (who I assumed to be his wife) was very friendly and made me hot drinks and put the heater on while I

Drove 50 miles to view car with friend, salesman was dismissive and rude when asked questions. He didn't allow an in-depth inspection of the car and kept saying "we inspect it", despite telling him we were the ones looking to buy the car. Furthermore upon conversations in the office, he was distracted by calls and kept leaving the room mid… conversation. We were forced to wait in silence when he was otherwise occupied and was left to feel discarded. I have no idea how this place has 5 star reviews, since my experience was far from what the reviews suggest.

Excellent service from Ray, saw the car I wanted during lockdown however had the issue of my driving license expiring a week prior, this wasn't an issue at all and Ray was very supportive with keeping in touch and keeping the car reserved until rectified.

I called in one Sunday to view a Volvo that was on the website. To say the service from your salesman was appalling was an understatement. The gentleman who was cleaning the cars was fantastic and very friendly! Your salesman however was atrocious! After been shouted 3 times by the valet he eventually came out but as soon as he knew we only had a… £4K budget he did not seem to want to entertain us! He reluctantly showed us a couple of cars. When we showed interest in an Astra that had just been brought in the valet was more than willing to show us the car however when I turned around
