Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists are university trained medical professionals who use a natural physical approach to promote, maintain and restore your well-being so that you can perform and enjoy your chosen sport, work or everyday activities. They have expertise in the treatment of musculoskeletal (muscle and joint) conditions.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine needles into various parts of the body and can relieve symptoms of some physical and psychological conditions, encouraging the body to heal and repair itself.

Western Medical Acupuncture is similar to Chinese acupuncture, but also applies our current scientific understanding of anatomy (the structure of the body), physiology (the healthy functioning of the body), and pathology (changes to the normal functioning of the body). We are using this scientific knowledge to understand better how acupuncture works and to reconcile it with Western medicine.
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It is based on the holistic principle that the well-being of an individual relies upon the smooth function of the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues. Primarily osteopathy is a manual therapy and provides safe effective treatment and care that focuses on releasing tension, improving mobility and optimising function for the body.
A quarter of the bones in our entire body are in the foot and with the various muscles, ligaments and joints included this makes them susceptible to injury and diseases. Allowing examination of pain or discomfort from the feet, ankles, knees or lower back to identify abnormalities, injury or how the body compensates irregularities.
Many of us encounter times when life feels harder than it needs to. Whether this feeling is new to us or is something we have always struggled with, it is possible to take some control back over our selves, our feelings and our lives. With Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy, we can learn more about how we work, how we get in our own way and find our own solutions so that life can be more of what we want it to be.
