Services
The Pilates Method of exercise was developed by Joseph Pilates in the late 1920's. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Through Pilates, we will progressively increase the challenge of the exercises and thus develop co-ordination and strength of these muscles, increasing your flexibility, agility and control of your core.

Report
I injured my knee during lockdown and was unable to see anyone for physio therapy. Then I was recommended Wallace Practice as they were reopening after lockdown restrictions were eased. I was attended to by the lovely Allie, she explained what my injuries were, put me at ease ,provided me with series of exercises and advise on the best way forward to enable me to return to work. I can definitely recommend Wallace Practice. Professional and very friendly staff. Thank you!🙏
