Really rude gas engineers. Did not complete work as requested. Refused to inspect boiler, just said "it's old" what sort of attitude Is that. I'm insured with #directline and they sent this bunch of cowboys. #Blyth are by far the worst company I've ever encountered EVER The problem isn't resolved. This company don't deserve any stars at all! They really are that bad!

Poor, very poor.
Tiling of floor way too high and such poor quality that white goods wouldn't fit under counter top. Also sloped tiling over the garage door stop such that the door couldn't close. Left us like this (and much worse throughout the rest of the house) for over a year. No apology or compensation from Blyth.

Only put 1 star as can't put a minus number. Useless, obnoxious company, run by the rudest trade people and 'management' we have ever come into contact with. Engaged by Direct line in 2019 to do a simple tiling job, cracking 6 tiles but instead put in contractors they had never trained or vetted properly, that turned this simple task through vandalism into the need for a complete retiling of kitchen, hall, stairs, landing, downstairs toilet and utility room, new kitchen being required, new toilet vanity unit, painting, decorating, plumbing etc throughout. This shows the scale of their incompetence

Absolutely fantastic plastering job done by these guys they have done my hall and stairs bathroom and living room in the week they've been they have been professional and always turned up when they said and Tom and mark have done an amazing job highly recommend, can not fault these 2 guys. Also Jeff the manager who came out to see what needed do was also great we couldn't be happier with Jeff and these guys.

We run a Care Home and during the pandemic Blyth Group really went out of their way to help up with excellent quality PPE and very reasonable prices at a time when other companies were profiteering. We cannot thank them enough for their help. An Excellent company to work with.
