As an Officer of a Residents' Management Company, you have many legal responsibilities and may be held personally liable for any decisions or actions taken whilst working in your position as a Director or Officer.
Residentsline provides a range of Lift Inspection and Lift Insurance services, at competitive prices. According to health and safety regulations, anybody managing a block of flats has a legal duty to ensure that their passenger lifts are safe to use. This means having a lift inspection carried out by a competent authority at least every 6 months.

Highly delighted with the excellent customer service received from Residentsline. To be honest I’d never heard of them so was understandably a little cautious about placing cover for our small management company. However after speaking with Natasha I realised that Residentsline were very competent and definitely the company to insure with, offering tailor made products. Natasha was excellent and very patient when dealing with my numerous questions. Thanks also to Ellie who helped out in Natasha’s absence.

Natasha been exceptional in her work to find us competitive buildings insurance quotes for our residents management company and it’s blocks of maisonettes. I’m a novice at the insurance game, so it took me a while to get all the information she needed to get us quotes. She responded to every bit of new information by updating quotes, very professionally and quickly. I’ve now got three very good quotes to take back to our management company. We’re hoping to be able to accept these and continue working with Residentsline.
