Excellent customer service, wonderful attention to detail and really efficient delivery. I needed a last minute gift sent from Australia for my friend in the UK who had just given birth. The hamper was tweaked thoughtfully to suit a new nursing mum and every message was answered quickly to help the order be managed whilst I was overseas. Delicious food, highly recommend!

I have had a “Birthday gift emergency” and called them quite late. Despite the time I contacted them, the team (specially Sherree) made possible to deliver my gifts on time and just within hours of giving them a phone call.

I could not have been more pleased with the Hamper Lounge. I am from out of town so don't know the London gift delivery services at all. Sherree and her team went above and beyond to accommodate my very specific order and had it delivered in less than 24 hours.

I was massively impressed with the personal attention given to my order (I forgot to add who had sent the item and was contacted as soon as I placed the order); the item was beautifully packed and it is an incredible feat that the delivery was able to be made during this difficult time. I don’t know when I’ll be able to see my son and he had great news - being able to send not just champagne but vegan champagne immediately was almost as good as hugging him. He sent me a photo of him with the box and he was beaming. I wish the company the very best; you brought joy during this awful time.

I ordered a gourmet hamper for a friend who was going through a difficult time, and she was so happy to receive what I sent. For the last 2 years I have sent my mother a hamper from a well known shop in Piccadilly, they are wonderful but they are also quite expensive. So this year I looked into it a little more and found Hamper Lounge, I chose what I wanted & felt pleased with the price. It didn’t disappoint at all, the packaging was perfect and delivered just when they said it would be. I know where I will be buying from going forward.
