I called at 9:15 and made an appointment for 15:35. At 15:35 no taxis had arrived and I did not get a dispatch text. I called the office and was told a cab would arrive in 5 minutes. 30 minute later and the taxis finally arrived. I missed a dental appointment because of this I missed a dental appointment because of the run around from this company I couldn't give 15 minutes notice and now owee a £50 cancellation fee. The dispatcher wouldn't even answer any other calls.

I use their service regularly. It is usually good but lately I’ve been lucky enough to get Driver 892 for the last couple of trips to and from the airport. The worst way to start the day.
Driver 892 is always cranky. Card reader never works so you have to pay cash or be refused of service. Don’t even think of try using a company’s account to pay for the taxi. It’s like if you were asking him to borrow some money.
Please make sure you don’t get driver 892.

I noticed that the community manager from Aberdeen Taxis replied to my review playing dumb and basically saying that

Booked a taxi the night before an appointment and got a text confirmation, it didn't show up and I was late.
Update: I mistakenly used this service again, and the taxi was late, again... It's places like this that need services like Uber as competition so they actually have to provide some standard of service instead of floating on the scarcity of taxi-like services.

Terrible service, booked a taxi for a certain time and received confirmation via email, 30 minutes after waiting for the taxi I called their number. I was then told by a rude call operator that there was nothing on her screen about any bookings and when I told her about my booking confirmation she again was super rude and offered no apology.

I ordered a taxi waited for over 40 minutes no taxi appeared. Phoned back and was told by a very rude and unprofessional call operator that the job had been picked up when it wasn't. He rudely told me he wasn't sending any other car. I won't be using this service again. In this day and age when women need to get home safely, they need a trusted and professional service to get home.
I won't be recommending this company to family and friends.
