As soon as I met Lee, at Rustington Cars, I knew I was in good hands. The car was immaculate inside, and out, and he took his time making sure I knew everything I wanted to know, about the car’s features. His expertise shone through! Lee was friendly and not at all pushy, and he even made sure I felt confident in driving my new car by taking me for a “spin around and about” before I drove it off the forecourt! We have just purchased a VW UP from Rustington Cars, the whole transaction was undertaken with social distancing being fully adopted, adhered to, the car was sanitized fully, as were the keys upon completion/collection.
Lee was superb throughout, really genuine, happy to answer any questions, keen to make sure the car was right for us as he was aware it was for our daughter who had just passed her test. We have just bought a car for our daughter from Rustington Cars.
Lee provided and exceptional and professional service throughout the whole buying process and even filling in the correct forms and dealing with DVLA regarding a numberplate transfer for us.
I was a little concerned buying during the pandemic but Lee topped off his brilliant service by personally delivering the car to us as we are local wearing full PPE, total social distancing on the handover presenting an immaculate fully sterilised car and keys.
