We recently bought a terrific, high-spec used Countryman from Hennebry, we saw the vehicle online and arranged to view it the same day on a Sunday - Daniel came in especially to meet us and was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was just what we wanted so we closed the deal and drove it away within an hour, zero fuss or upselling. The best car-buying experience I've had (and I've had a few)... would definitely recommend!

Came across Hennebry whilst doing some online searches and found they had my dream Mini convertible! Went to their showroom to view and picked it up less than a week later after they had it serviced and MOT'd. Great place run by great people who don't push you or pressure you into a sale like you would perhaps expect. Would highly recommend!

I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 1 as I've barely had the mini 6 months and had to pay out over £1000 replacing faulty parts even though the car was supposed to have been serviced before purchase l, I feel like I've been shafted a bit. I love the car but there was clearly more wrong with it than disclosed, none of which was covered on the warranty of course.

Love my mini! After viewing several elsewhere I actually bought this from Gary at Hennebry without even seeing it thanks to the online service. A very detailed walk around, all questions answered quickly and a back up guarantee gave me more confidence then any others we saw. They'll also hunt out specific models if you want. Highly recommend.

Collected my mini convertible on Saturday! Outstanding service from both Garry and Dan, so excited when I first saw it went back and fourth. Dan and Garry kept us calm and did everything they could so my mum could have her dream car on her birthday; which by the way they went all out and made her birthday so special. We’ve taken it out heated seats on and roof down! We love it and will 1000% be back for servicing and when ever we need another one! 💘

I bought my car online and it was delivered yesterday. The lady was lovely and helpful. Throughout the process Gary kept me informed and my Corsa arrived. What a stroke of luck to have come across this superb company! Hi all, wonderful customer service, excellent advice ref insurance. We purchased something a bit different...an E Class wagon, not your usual Mini they specialise in. Great attention to detail, the PDI picked up a fault with the rear air suspension that was rectified without any questions asked. Car was exactly as advertised, immaculate.
