We have a team of experienced chefs at your disposal to give every event that extra something special. Having attended many public and private functions in the past dishing out unimaginative 1970's fare, Sally soon realised there was an opportunity for a new initiative when she launched her first catering enterprise in 1981, very soon gaining a well earned reputation for flare, quality and first class service.

For your event we will listen, advise and interpret your wishes to ensure a smooth running event accompanied by exquisite dishes prepared by our peerless team of highly trained chefs and served by our friendly, professional and unobtrusive staff.
Demi-tasse of sweet pea and mint soup, quenelle of chicken liver parfait with a Melba crisp, and a puff pastry heart filled with creamed wild mushrooms and sage. At A.F.P. Catering we regard presentation equally as important as content and therefore all our meals are presented on bone china. Also if the menu contains a hotchpotch of baby beans these will be displayed in china bowls.
