A beautiful shop based in the heart of Northamptonshire, we may be new to you but we have been helping brides find their perfect gown for an amazing 28 years. We are a very traditional and welcoming family run business founded by mother and daughter Shirley and Donna Salado who opened the boutique in 1991.

Heading Up! supplies high quality bridal wear accessories such as veils, tiaras, jewellery, bags, hats & fascinators at great prices.
As a top bridal retailer, we understand that a bride choosing her dress is only the start of the experience and that the skill and knowledge from her personal seamstress is possibly one of the most important elements for a bride to look and feel amazing. The alteration service we offer completes all work on your dress in-house.
Great news for those brides that want to grab a bargain, or need a dress but haven't long enough to order one. In our showroom we generally carry a fantastic range of ex-sample gowns, discontinued lines, one-off specials and even brand new samples. These gowns are available to purchase immediately, with significant savings off the recommended retail price.

I had the very best time picking out my wedding dress during lockdown. Despite only being allowed one guest, Jess made every effort to make sure I could have my bridesmaids with me virtually. Donna and the team at Stunning Bridal were so helpful and kind throughout the process of buying my wedding dress. They made me feel completely at ease when trying on the gowns and during all of the fittings… that followed. I was so pleased with my dress - it was absolutely perfect, and I received many compliments on my wedding day about how well the dress fit me. The most amazing experience at Stunning Bridal!! Upon entering the shop when I first went to choose my dress many months before my wedding I knew I wanted to purchase my dress here, the style of the shop, the… service, the way Jess made me feel and the great afternoon I had in the shop with my bridal party was all fabulous!
I fell SO IN LOVE with the dress I chose and really did feel great! The service I had throughout my fittings from Donna was lovely, she was so attentive, reassuring and just on the whole really lovely to deal with.

You will not find a better wedding dress shop than stunning bridal! I visited quite a few other dress shops and I instantly fell in love with everything as soon as I walked through the door! Jess was so friendly and really listened to everything I was saying about the dresses I tried on. I ended up finding my dream dress and the best thing was that… it is made in house by the owner of the shop, this made it even more special. The shop itself is absolutely stunning and they have a large number of dresses to try on. They have so many extra little touches that make it all the more special and

What a wonderful place to buy my daughters wedding dress . Arrived today in the middle of a heat wave , the salon was cool and comfortable. Keri was our consultant and she was fantastic, within minutes she’d pulled multiple dresses for my daughter to try on . She got my daughters style right with the first one and the second one she put my daughter in was the one she fell in love with and said yes too . Brilliant, she knew what would look perfect on her . The best experience! Jess & Donna are most certainly the experts you need when choosing a wedding dress. There knowledge and range of dresses are second to none. Despite all the restrictions in place they made the experience faultless. I travelled from the south coast and I would 100% recommend anyone to make the trip.

Wow I don't know where to begin! From the moment I walked through the door I wasmade to feel welcome and Donna was very friendly. Her expertise is second to none. I was there almost 3 hours and she helped me find my perfect dress in that time, after trying several on. The service is excellent and I walked away feeling very happy. I bought my wedding dress from Stunning Bridal in August 2019 ahead of our intended wedding on 1st Aug 2020. Jess was wonderful at my appointment, so helpful and friendly and really made me feel at ease. My first fitting was due in the Spring 2020 and unfortunately had to be postponed but the ladies at the store were all an amazing help and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
We finally got married in December 2020 with 15 of our closest family and Donna helped with all of my fittings - she was great and it was an amazing moment when I found out she had designed my dress!

I was really worried about finding my dress and getting it altered but I needn't have been. I had the best experience here. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They helped me find a dress I love and altered it so it fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend going to see them if your looking for a dress.

I had the best experience here. From having my name on a sign to welcome me into the shop to signing a key to hang when I purchased my dress. Nothing was too much hassle, I could try on as many dresses, veils etc as I wanted. When I chose the dress we then spent time choosing different accessories. I can't wait to go back for my first fitting. I would recommend this shop to every bride who wants to feel special choosing her dress. There are so many options and you have the best service. 5 stars and more from me!
