This does not however mean that dental services are back to business as usual from that date. While we will see a number of restrictions eased in terms of our social interactions, healthcare, including dentistry, continues to operate under very strict virus transmission protocols which are essential to ensure the safety of patients and staff alike.
The consequence of this is that your dentist will still only be able to see a significantly lower number of patients in a day in order to keep everyone safe. Your dentist will continue to use their professional judgement to prioritise patients according to their knowledge of the particular clinical situation to ensure that those most at risk, if treatment is further delayed, will be seen soonest.

A crown is an artificial restoration that fits over the remaining part of a prepared tooth, making it strong and giving it the shape of a natural tooth. Crowns are an ideal way to repair teeth that have been broken, or have been weakened by decay or a very large filling. Crowns can be made of a variety of different materials and new materials are continually being introduced.
We are in shared care partnership with the award winning "The Scottish Centre for Excellence" clinic. We refer our patients outwith to have the placement of the implant then afterwards patients return to our clinic for the restoration procedure. A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain made to fit over the front surface of a tooth, like a false fingernail fits over a nail.
Hygienist services are available from 25 for any patient with implants or had a full smile makeovers, including emax, zirconias or multiple crown and bridge work. The success of results attained in controlling periodontal disease by our residential hygienist has resulted in a delay for appointments to our very favourable clinic.
Our smile clinic has become a very popular clinic offering patients consultations and 5 star smile makeover treatments such as non prep Emax veneers, Emax crowns and zirconia crowns and bridges. There is a 20 fee to secure an appointment however this is credited onto your treatment should you wish to proceed with your desired smile makeover.
Many people have crowded or crooked teeth. Orthodontic treatment will straighten the teeth or move them into a better position. This can improve their appearance and the way the teeth bite together, while also making them easier to clean. Some people have upper front teeth that stick out and look unsightly.

Can’t recommend Rico and everyone at the practice enough for making me feel so welcome and so calm whilst getting my first treatment! I am terrified of needles and the thought of getting a jag at the dentist put me off going for a long time! Previously I have had to be sedated to have dental work. After today I can promise anyone who is looking to get any treatment with Rico I didn’t feel a thing and that has never ever happened so I’m over the moon. Thank you so much again and I can’t wait to see you guys on the 5th for my EMAX smile transformation ❤️

Had a bridge done that didn’t broke went back was told I would be sent to a private dentist as nothing can be done because of covid. I’ve now been in pain for nearly a year and I decided to give them another go today out of desperation as I’m in agony was simply told no you cant book in because of a back log of work and I would have to wait until Monday for an emergency appointment and I might get one then if I phone early enough, doesn’t seem like an emergency appointment to me. I don’t know if I’ve just been unlucky here but genuinely feel like I’ve been robbed with the money I’ve

Today I got a brand new smile from Oak Tree Dental centre Kilsyth. From the moment I walked into the centre I felt welcomed and comfortable. Rico went over my consultation and made me feel at ease as I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time. I explained that I was self conscious about my smile and that I wanted to be able to smile with confidence. My treatment then started a few weeks later with Mariana . Each appointment went well and today I finally got the smile that I always wanted. I cried with joy. I want to thank all the staff at Oak Tree and would recommend to anyone that if you want

I got my crowns fitted in 2018 it was the best decision I’ve ever made and Rico and his team are fantastic. I actually moved myself and kids to the dental practice for routine dental work also as all the staff are fantastic. Nothing is ever too much hassle and the attention to detail is fantastic. Rico gave me my smile back and a dose of confidence I was lacking for so long! I couldn’t recommend the team enough for both cosmetic and routine dentistry. 5/5 always.
