Their furniture looks lovely, However could you please stop sending one of your staff to costa at 9am every morning and ordering 57 different drinks. It creates a massive queue out the door and people wanting to get to work are having to wait 20 mins for 1 coffee. It puts loads of pressure on the staff too as it gives them extra work load and people start moaning. pre-order drinks and ring ahead or use uber eats its a high street shop and can't cope with this.

We had a really great experience with Crown French furniture. We were purchasing some French style side chairs. The service couldn’t have been better from the quick responses to our questions, to the option to customise paint colours and upholstery, to the professional and quick delivery (to Ireland). The chairs are absolutely stunning and the quality exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend.

I have to say from ordering our bed over the phone , right the way through to it being delivered and assembled has been amazing customer service.
You have a brilliant professional team and to top it off, the bed we ordered is beautiful.
My daughter will be so happy when she comes home from school.
