The company was formed in 1988 by John Campbell, the current Managing Director and is privately owned by John and his family. Our furniture is handmade in Long Eaton, an area famous for producing some of the finest upholstered furniture money can buy and the UK Centre for Upholstery Manufacturing. PF Collections is a family-owned, family-run business, which has been producing fine, hand-made British upholstery for almost 30 years. Our wider family are our highly skilled workforce, many of which have served the company for over 20 years. Each member of our team put their heart and soul into every piece of furniture they make and once completed, each sofa, chair, or footstool is proudly signed by the craftsman who made it.
We have one of the largest and finest ranges of upholstery products available anywhere. From sofas to corner-sofas, occasional chairs to chaise longues, if it can be upholstered, we probably make it! All pieces are lovingly hand-made in our Long Eaton factory by highly-skilled British craftsmen and women.
Our sofas are not just British made, we design and custom-make all of our furniture in our factory in Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire, an area which has been known for generations as the centre for upholstery making in England. Long Eaton also has a glowing worldwide reputation for producing some of finest upholstered furniture money can buy.

Our Long Eaton showroom is open to trade customers and their clients (when referred) by appointment only. It is over 5,000 sq ft set over two floors and is also joined to our factory, where you will be welcome to have a tour of our workshop and see our beautiful furniture being made. Visiting by Car: We have ample parking in front of the showroom.

I have over 20 years & 3 house moves purchased 4 sofas & 1 chair from PF; as my house dimensions & family expanded.
All pieces of furniture have been & continue to in constant use by a family of 4, are structurally unchanged & as new with 2 having replaced their original loose covers & seat cushions; as design & taste has changed.
I recommend friends & family to buy from this company not solely because of the quality, adaptability & lifetime customer support (to replace seat cushions at nominal cost), but also because of their ability to adapt the style & dimensions of their furniture to a customers

Wow! Completely deplorable behavior! Not only did the company NOT send the correct pricing, when we called to express concern over this, one of our designers was yelled at by management! :( This is not the way we do business, and would never yell at any of our clientele! Needless to say, we will NOT be doing business with this company ever again!

Excellent products, very stylish products for great value....most impressive of all is the customer service and after sales care! This is where most places really let themselves down....but PF stand out form the crowd! I called them on Friday (over 1 year later) with a slight issue...they came round on the same day and sorted it out. I was astonished at the speed and efficency of their service!! Will definitely be recommending them - Thank you very much!
