We also recognise that you have probably registered your details with numerous agents; you're receiving constant updates from various property websites and have everyone pitching mortgage quotes and solicitor fees at you on every call.
Renting in Brighton is made simple through Q Estate Agents. Once you have found your ideal Brighton property, we will require you to put down holding deposit equal to one weeks rent. The holding deposit is payable on the day of reserving a property and signing the reservation agreement. Must have an income of or savings of 2.5 x your portion of the rent.
