We are a specialist Estate Agent in Cheadle STOCKPORT focusing on Lettings and Property Management. We have been established since 1908. We are an independent, family-run letting agent in Cheadle, Stockport, however our management of property is not limited to Cheadle, we cover all of South Manchester and central Manchester too.

We have regular contractors that will cover EMERGENCIES over closed periods - *If you are tenant, you will be charged back by the landlord if the call out is not deemed an emergency by our contractors (the contractor will advise over the telephone wherever possible). Please note that these contractors are third party contractors and not employed by Stuarts Property Services Ltd.
Stuarts Property Services Ltd t/a Stuarts Homes, established since 1908 and specialise in the letting and management industry. So as to be transparent, and to ensure that you can make an informed choice, please find below a summary of charges that you may incur throughout your tenancy.

A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than 50,000 or six weeks' rent where the total annual rent is 50,000 or above.A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent. Payment to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant capped at 50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
I recently moved out a property where I lived for 5 and a half years and had some problem with the landlord and my deposit, so I visited the office of Stuarthomes for some help. All the team were very helpful, one particular person name Claire was very helpful, she was polite, courteous and professional.
Landlords and/or their agent must give 24 hours' notice of any intended visit to the property by themselves or anyone else such as their contractors. In the instance of a block of apartments, the block management company is the company assigned to look after the communal areas and exterior of the property.

I'm very happy that I moved to Stuarts as my letting agent (following a recommendation on Facebook, thank you to whoever did that!). They moved me onto their books seamlessly and efficiently, sorted out repairs and decorating and found me great tenants. They kept in contact throughout and listened to my input and opinions.

Stuarts Homes were amazing! We viewed a flat at 4.50pm on Wednesday and picked up the keys 9.30am on Friday. We had to move from our current apartment urgently due to flooding and were staying in an AirB&B temporarily (due to check out Friday) when we were told we needed to end our tenancy and find somewhere else to live.The team at Stuarts went over and above to get us in the new place in the requested time frame. We are a group of dental practices in the North West, and we also have 15 tenanted properties and Stuarts have looked after them on a day to day basis for many years.
In my line of business I deal with lots of Organizations and Companies, but Stuarts are exceptional, with a very professional and efficient service.
I do not have to worry about vetting, rent, repairs etc, as I know that they will manage everything and look after my tenants.
One important quality about the Stuarts team is that I have had no issues with the many tenants they found for me over the years.

Stuarts Homes have been so helpful with our move. We recently had a property fall through and needed to find a replacement quickly. It took Stuarts 2 weeks for us to view our flat and then moved in.

I have worked for Stuarts Property Services for a number of years. We have let and managed thousands of properties throughout the years. I feel we as staff always try our hardest to deliver a good service. We put ourselves out whenever we can to help. My bosses Colin and Clare are very professional, and are always striving to improve the service that Stuarts offer.

I had nothing but trouble when letting a property from stuarts. They have complete disregard for their tenants,they are very rude,very unprofessional and are just interested in getting their rent. Be warned!

Stuarts properties are great! The staff are second to none & very helpful. We moved from a totally different area & they gave us lots of information especially regarding schools & local public transport. The 'moving in' process was great & they kept us up to date with everything that was going on. Since we've moved in they've been great & any problems (not many just niggly things) have been sorted straight away. All of the staff are really nice & helpful. They have a great knowledge of the local area which is just what you want especially when you move
