TENANT FINDER - we do the marketing and viewings and pass you suitable tenants - you do everything else and save on your fee.

Absolutely fabulous service from Key One Property Services. Couldn’t be more helpful with my recent rental experience. The staff are so professional and kept me up to date at all times. I’ve had previous disappointment whilst using other property services in Belfast but Key One are a cut above the rest.....would highly recommend them to others.

We picked Key One Property initially for renting out purposes. Right from the start I was extremely confident with how they handled our rental. Never having done this before I needed guidance. They answered all the questions I had regarding this. Clearly they have the knowledge at their fingertips and I regard this as a big plus!! Highly recommended for lettings and management. We have had a number of properties with Key One for over 10 years and can recommend them to other landlords. They are very fast at getting new tenants which minimises voids but also they install good tenants which means little or no issues afterwards. Also they don't charge VAT so that is a substantial saving. Also like the personal touch and we can call them at any time.
