Reason Global have been the insurance brokers to my business for the last 9 years. Throughout that time, the service, the advice and the technical expertise that we have received from both Malcolm and Bekki has been superb.
There are often times where insurers want to pay out on claims that you, as the policy holder, feel is unjustified. This has happened to us with our fleet policy and Malcolm was absolutely brilliant in communicating this to the insurers which resulted in the rectification of the issue to our satisfaction.
I would recommend anybody to Reason Global, and would summarise in saying

Reason Global - Shambolic
Unfortunately I have had to turn a five star review from a few years ago into a one star, with the usual disclaimer that I would award zero stars if that were an option.
This is primarily due to two factors. Firstly the Managing Director, Malcolm Pearson, is completely inept in his role and fails to listen to his clients, or make any attempt to understand or indeed address their concerns.
The second reason is the significant issues that we have experienced with ICA, the claims adjuster that Reason Global use.
ICA stands for ‘International Claims Agency’ and they
