Some Professions such as Accountants, Architects and Surveyors are required by their Designated Professional Body to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance whereas other Professions like IT Consultants, Designers and Engineers may not have the requirement for Professional Indemnity, but there is still a risk that one of your clients could suffer a Financial Loss as result of your negligence.
