WARNING: steer clear of this scammy organization. We hired Bolt Burdon for a routine change to a lease where all parties had already agreed to the change and only needed solicitors to actually make the amendments. They offered to charge a fixed fee, rather than by the hour, and we took them up on it because we thought it would be a hard limit on our costs. It was clear that as soon as they couldn't charge us by the hour we were the lowest priority for Bolt Burdon.
