Based in Chilcompton, I normally work within the radius of Bath, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Wells, Cheddar, Bradford on Avon and Glastonbury. I have carried out re roofing works and refurbishing works for the Downside Abbey Estate and all surrounding villages in the mendip area. We chose Latchem Roofing as we were aware that they specialized in period properties. We have a challenging roof with multiple roof levels and materials all in a poor (leaking!) Gary came to see us and was reassuring in discussing what could be done, when and how. The quote was prompt and clear. We did have a particular set of timing in which to complete the works - this time scale was met with any delays being clearly communicated.
