Recently sold mum's house through Propertynest and couldn't have had a better experience. Jack was my PoC throughout the sale, we had regular weekly update calls, he was professional, polite and very personable. Jack and the team are all really helpful, professional and happy to go that extra mile for their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to sell a property.

I am purchasing a property through Propertynest, and from my experience, these are a good firm to sell with. their agent, Jack, has been very proactive in chasing the chain and is always polite and clear in his communication. If i was the seller, i would feel as if i had a representative who was really working in my interest.

I was recommended this company by a neighbour six years ago and I was impressed by the family feel of the place. They have looked after my property whilst I’ve worked abroad and have been thorough and excellent in not only maintaining my property but constantly keeping me in the loop no matter how big or small the issue and no matter how many thousand of miles away I happen to be from the UK!
They have also been kind to me on many occasions by going that extra mile especially when I’ve not been there in person to collect mail or have personal things passed onto me! I’ve really appreciated

EDIT March 8th 2021: I have just seen a reply to my review, which I cannot reply to directly unfortunately, so I am leaving a note here. Hopefully the vaguely aggressive response that my "defamatory" and "malicious" comments are "under investigation" helps clearly illustrate how this branch operate. I notice that they have said it's my mother-in-law (it wasn't, it was my mother) and have given very specific examples, none of which is in my review. I can only hope they've misread my review rather than confused me with someone else they've done this to.
