We are a 22 bedded home that provides 24 hour care for individuals with learning disabilities mental health conditions. We also support individuals on a dementia care pathway We provide high quality care and a safe environment that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life.

We are a 2 storey building that has an adorning annex with 5 en-suite bedrooms for clients that we support to get back into the community to live an independent life.As an organization our highly skilled teams of professionals constantly reflect and review our practice enabling the team to be consistent in the delivery of quality care.
Services
We are a 2 storey building that has an adorning annex with 5 en-suite bedrooms for clients that we support to get back into the community to live an independent life. Marston Court has two large lounge and dining areas which enables people to socialise at meal times. Recent renovation work on the home now enables people living in the annex to access Marston directly to the upper floor and a lift gives them access to the ground floor of Marston.
The resident, service user will feel safe and secure within our home whilst retaining their own identity and personality through interaction within the home, the environment, the staff, other residents and the wider community. INDEPENDENCE: Allowing a service user to take calculated risks, to make their own decisions and think and act for themselves.
As a team we have proven experience in managing people with complex needs and challenging behaviours and our ethos is to stay positive. As an organisation our common thread is always having skilled teams of professionals who constantly reflect and review our practice, to enable the team to be consistent in the delivery of quality care.
As a company we aim to provide support for all our staff. This is proven through supervisions and performance appraisals that meet the social care industry standards and regulations. Staff are trained in the safe administration of medication. This is done annually through pharmacy supplier. This is to ensure all aspects of the medication safety cycle are followed through for people in our care.
We take pride in recruiting, all staff and go through several stages before selection is made. Staff members to be part of person centred planning for a clients within their keyworker roles. For all staff to contribute towards knowledge based skill and enrolments in NVQ qualifications.
