Nimmos Insurance Brokers was established in Clacton in 1947 by the late Captain John Nimmo and moved to the Pallister Road in the 1950's, since then we have provided an insurance broking service to the local community, maintaining a customer focus in a forward thinking and flexible manner.

We are a family run independent insurance brokerage who have been providing competitively priced, quality insurance products for both commercial and personal clients throughout the United Kingdom since 1947.Keith Knott, Managing Director, started as a junior clerk on leaving school in 1960 and is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the Office thus giving a high level of personal service and sound independent advice.
