We have two ground floor self-catering studios in the garden patio that have their own private entrances. Wheelchair access from the pavement outside the guest house to the entrances of these rooms is completely level. The rooms are only suitable for guests who are, at least, semi-mobile as two small steps need to be negotiated to get from the garden, over the threshold and into the room.

We received a warm welcome from Mark...he met us in the car park and sorted the parking ticket. Mark showed us into the property (all covid safe) lovely entrance and lots of character and great art work.
...yes the stairs to our room were pretty steep! But hey all those extra calories from lock down had piled on so certainly a positive!!!
Mark provided a map and recommendations of where would be nice to take a walk.
The room was really pleasant, it had everything we required for an overnight stay. The decor was tasteful and really thought through.
It was SPOTLESS!!!.....

We had a lovely stay here in Oct 2015. It was really handy to have a little kitchen to use for snacks. The breakfast (for a fee) was fabulous and well worth it for us. The room was on a small private courtyard that was beautiful and would have been a great place to hang out if the weather hadn't been cold and rainy. The owner was very kind and helpful with advice about restaurants, sights, discount coupons for tours, etc. The only negatives were that the room was smallish and as is typical in most European hotels, the beds are quite a lot firmer than is typical in the US. I would definitely stay
