Easy place to find if you ask for directions first. Not to be confused with the old Kings St., some distance away which is historical.

Sadly I used Shipmans to Rent my property. worst mistake I ever made. They did absolutely no basic checks on the tenants. Never visited the property. I have lost over £13000. asked for damage deposit details so far 4 times. They can not be bothered to get them to me. If they had spend 10 minutes doing very very basic references they would see this was a scam tenancy from the outset. I was told that the tenants would be keys workers, I ended up with eastern European jobless drunks. the Police were called on many occasions. They will be reported to CAB Trading standards. and their ombudsman. dreadfull

Just completed renting a small studio for my 21 year old son who has some additional needs. Having been through a rather depressing process of either being snootily dismissed as ineligible to be considered even with us offering to pay 6 months in advance. Or on the other hand where it was a possibility shown round small, dirty, rooms crammed together but rather over enthusiastically described by slick agents in expensive suits (Golden triangle and all that!). I recieved an excellent service from Dawn during my house purchase. She was friendly but calm which allowed me to make my own assessment when viewing the property. This was a welcome change from other agents' sales patter. Communication was efficient, clear and timely which helped the purchase to go smoothly. In comparison to all the other estate agents I encountered Dawn at Shipmans was most certainly the best. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service. I've been through a number of the estate agents in Norwich over the years and Shipmans are so much better it's beyond comparison. Always friendly and unbelievably fast in responding to any messages (Dawn is amazing!). If I am to move or buy in the future, the option to work through Shipmans would be a bonus selling point for me.

I have been with Shipmans for over 2 years as a tenant, and can not rate them highly enough. They are always quick to solve any issues with the property, and have been an efficient and stress free agency to rent through. I would recommend them to anyone, as I have had first class treatment from this agency.
