I don't recommend this agency for Tenants .
The reason being is that they are quite biased towards landlord to the point it becomes unreasonable, from multiple house inspections for unfurnished house in the middle of Covid pandemic to please an anxious owner without any considerations to what was going on , to having to chase for repairs and hefty unfair deposit deductions with no realistic grounds , blindly following what Landlord says which was quite frustrating experience.
There are more reputable firms around that offer better quality service .
For those reasons i do not recommend them for

Since 2004, I have been a customer of Mills Knight .Julie and her team have been looking after my 2 properties from A to Z as I live abroad. During that time they have been so helpful,honest ,always trying to solve problems in the best way for both parties Landlord and tenants .They organised the repair and maintenance of my properties at reasonable prices. In 2012 I was victims of a scam concerning my properties Julie reacted quickly and help me to solve the problem successfully.
Recently I have just sold one of my property once again everything went smoothly. Always the right advice.

This is only my second experience with letting agents so all my prior experience was gained with another major Lettings outlet.
Luckily I spotted the previous tenants moving out of the apartment before the To Let sign went up and had contacted Mills Knight on Sunday so that I was one of there first clients they saw on Monday morning. Wednesday I saw the apartment and accepted it all references pending that was on December 22nd. By January 16th I was moving in and the landlord had put a new boiler in and redecorating certain rooms which I was really happy with. The was a certain odour in the flat

Mills Knight handled the sale of my fathers house. He had lived there for over sixty years it was a big wrench for him to leave and coupled with the pandemic could have made it a very stressful exercise for both him and the rest of the family. Any stress was cushioned by the professional, friendly and compassionate attitude by the staff. We were kept informed regularly of how things were progressing and were really spoon fed with regards to the procedures. Wholeheartedly recommend this firm to handle property sale. This is the second property I have sold with Mills Knight and I have also used them on a number of occasions for probate valuations too. As always they are responsive and most of all honest clear and professional. This property Julie, and her team understood my desire to sell quickly and helped agree a sensible guide price which was spot on which attracted much interest After a failed first purchaser who was unable to secure a sufficient FTB mortgage they acted quickly to contact other interested parties and swiftly secured a replacement buyer Although there were a few challenges throughout the

I had a terrible few years renting a property from Mills Knight. They are unprofessional, rude, and unreasonable. They do not care about tenants’ safety or wellbeing. I had multiple serious issues with the property on many occasions which they were either slow or unwilling to resolve. Decided to move after having had enough. Don’t waste your time.

I had charge of my sister-in-law's property in Norwich when she went into a care home. Not being into property myself, and living 4 hours away from Norwich, I needed an agent I could trust. At our first meeting I reckoned that Neil Engall fitted the bill, and that initial confidence has been well rewarded: from the refurbishment of the flat to letting it for several years to its eventual sale, Mills Knight have never put a foot wrong. Their staff have all been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

What I like about Mills Knight, apart from the friendly service and the willingness to go that extra mile is that they are fair to both Landlord and Tenant. As a Landlord I appreciate the nudge when necessary to comply with regulations and I know they will not expose me to undesirable tenants for the sake of a fee. Equally my tenants tell me they enjoyed the process of becoming one of my tenants and were very pleased with the guidance and speed of the MK process.
Absolutely no hesitation in suggesting you give them a try whether landlord or tenant. On the last transaction I had a void of 24 hours
