We bought our first home using this estate agents, and had Maia to assist us on this journey. She was super friendly and warm, quick to respond and very supportive and helpful. When I went to pick up the keys, we even got a goodie box and bottle of Prosecco!! What a win.

First we had Marie come over to value our property and she gave us a guide price that far exceeded our expectations. She also recommended an open day so that we only had to prepare our house for viewing once. This worked really well for us as we have a young child who likes to make our house messy! From initial viewings to completion, Maia at Property Ladder was so responsive and helpful. After going to viewings with other agents where they didnt know any details of the property, I was pleasantly surprised when Maia knew the answer to every question I had about the house.
