I bought a set of speakers from this seller on eBay which was advertised as "As new". Spoke to the team a couple of times and they even offered to drop it off to me. I offered to pay cash.
Sam dropped it off for me and it was in its box, looked to be all there so I took him at his word and handed over the money. I later found a piece to be missing, I contacted Sam who said he knew where the part was and that he'd drop it off in the future). Multiple calls and texts with no answer later and here we are.

Second time I've taken a laptop to these guys when i thought it was totally dead, and both times they managed to bring it back to life for a lot less than the cost of a new one. Also very friendly and great communication about how things were going with a complicated job of data recovery and parts replacement. Thoroughly recommended!
