Host My Office recently transitioned our media company onto their Hosted Desktop service as a result of our staff now working mostly from home. The feedback from staff has been overwhelming positive, with workflow significantly quicker and smoother than the old VPN system which has greatly improved our output and staff morale. The process itself was handled with great professionalism by Simon's team and he personally ensured all of our staff were completely up to speed with the new system.

Simon and the HMO team have provided my business with invaluable IT support over the last 3 years. I consider HMO to be an extension of my business and one that I simply would not be able to function without. The hosted platform that we all use is simply brilliant, it enables the whole team to be up and running wherever we are and includes vital regular back-ups. I have known Simon and the Host My Office business for some time and whilst I am not a regular customer, he was my immediate go-to guy when I needed some advice on how best to deal with a cloud backup issue. Simon called me back in minutes and helped identify the best solution to my problem even though this did not result in any income for him on this occasion. Simon was absolutely brilliant, coming to the rescue when my laptop had a meltdown during lockdown. Simon arrived within an hour to collect my laptop and chat through the problems in a socially distanced fashion. A couple of days later my laptop was returned in full working order. I was really impressed with the service I received.
Unfortunately Simon was unable to recover any data from my hard drive but he did go above and beyond, using a number of his contacts to find a solution.

Host My Office are the market leader in technology and support solutions in Kent and the South East. Their system backup and anti cyber service is military level security at a fraction of the price and I can't praise their Hosted Desktop service enough. It allows you to work from anywhere in the world with as little as an iPad or laptop. You could be on the beach, or on your yacht, or in a Paris restaurant. It's brilliant.

Great company and amazing client service at very affordable price. For a business like ours, outsourcing a lot of the IT functionality to a company we can trust, who is always at the end of the phone when we need them and understands our needs was all a must.
