Simon and his staff advised us on new carpet for our stairs and landing. It was fitted within a few days and we liked their suggestion so much we had our lounge done too. Nice people to deal with and the fitters arrived on time and did a great job. We thoroughly recommend this company.

Sadly we tried to use Floors for thought to replace our flooring in our ground floor and all of our stairs and corridors but found them extremely frustrating to deal with.
Our initial impressions were good and we found some ideas we really liked. However, we had our follow up appointment cancelled 3 times, with no attempt to try and rebook the final appointment. We got in touch proactively as we wanted to get things moving and they said that we needed to rebook an appointment in the shop as they had lost all their records of us and we had to start from scratch.
