CBT aims to help you to develop strategies to break the vicious cycles that maintain your difficulties. CBT is collaborative - we work together as a team to help you overcome your challenges, whether you are suffering from emotional issues, such as anxiety or depression, or would simply like to work on your personal development.
At Achieving Balance, I offer remote, online therapy sessions through Skype, Google Hangouts, or FaceTime, commonly known as Skype Therapy. The use of video counselling, online psychotherapy, or online cognitive behavioural therapy (also known as online CBT therapy) is a natural progression from telephone counselling.
