We are now open. Rooms are bookable online or via telephone, if you would like to visit for food/drinks you will need to book a table in advance. We hope to see you soon. We are a small hotel in Seahouses, Northumberland with a public bar serving local ales and spirits and a restaurant in which we cook fresh local ingredients to perfection.
Located less than a 10 minute walk from Seahouses village and harbour, we are an ideal base to explore all the beautiful Northumberland coast has to offer. For just 45 per person per night you can choose a 2 course meal* from our restaurant menu. Our bar is open to the public and offers a selection of local real ales and spirits along with refreshing lagers and ciders which can be enjoyed in the sun in our beer garden.

Stayed 27th and 28th October staff were great as usual. Excellent base for the area to visit Craster, Bamburgh etc. Lovely walks and beaches which is why we returned again after our first stay in August. That time we stopped in room 5 which was great. This time we were in room 3.
Which I have to say is not for tall people. As needs more warning on stairs going up to it. As banged the top of my head on ceiling injuring that and my neck. I’m still suffering now a week later.
Informed staff hopefully they have put a warning under window on stairs now. As the small sign next to it isn’t sufficient

Stayed here whilst cycling coast to castles. Absolutely loved it, warm welcoming, felt like total luxury after a day on the bike. Beautiful bathroom, superbly comfortable bed. WiFi and breakfast included. Staff even went the extra mile to accommodate me, running down to the shops themselves so I could have vegan spread on my toast in the morning. Great place to stay

Nice restaurant a short walk out of Seahouses. Limited menu at the moment, but the chicken in peppercorn sauce that I had was excellent. My partner's steak and ale pie also looked and, he tells me, tasted delicious. The beef was tender, plentiful and in large chunks. Only one very minor criticism! Pies should have shortcrust pastry but that's a personal preference. Desserts were also of the same standard. Staff were helpful and polite and the surroundings were very pleasant. We'll worth the walk, (or short drive), from Seahouses

Positives.
Great bar and restaurant, food and portions were fantastic at a reasonable price too.
Negatives.
Bedroom was on the small side and bathroom was very compact.
Walls must be very thin as room next door kept us up at night snoring.
Overall a nice hotel for our short break whilst playing golf. The price of the stay does reflect well on what you get compared to other hotels in area.
I would stay here again.
