Smith & Green Jewellers is the best jeweler in London! The bespoke diamond wedding band Smith & Green crafted is gorgeous and totally unique - I can't recommend them enough. Chris was excellent and very patient throughout the process of replacing my antique wedding band that (very sadly) got lost in our move to London, ultimately finding something new that complimented my antique engagement ring perfectly.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while! These guys are amazing. I got a absolutely stunning engagement ring from them and my wedding ring. We literally just walked in from the street. It was the first jewellers we spotted and they were both so relaxed with no pressure just two helpful, friendly guys.

We had such a wonderful experience shopping for our wedding bands with Valentina. She was expert, low pressure and so friendly and kind. We didn't plan to buy on the day, but the rings she selected for us were so gorgeous, and it was such a special experience, that we ended up putting down a deposit on two beautiful rings that we will wear the rest of our lives.

What can I say. Just a brilliant experience from start to finish. Having never considered bespoke jewellery before, I wasn't sure what to expect, and must say I was a little apprehensive. This feeling quickly disappeared as soon as I stepped foot into the shop. Chris, made me feel totally at ease, and we discussed my requirement, running through various options, looking at numerous stones. His advice was invaluable with very much my interests at the forefront, integrity at its best. Chris and Josh couldn't have been more helpful in delivering the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. From sourcing a selection of stones to choose from (I had requested green sapphires) to even correctly guessing my girlfriends ring size from just a photo of her hands! I never once felt rushed or pressured into anything and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. Both were great communicators, both in store and on WhatsApp, and never sent anything without checking it was free to do so first.
The designs/mock ups were fantastic too. Really helped me get a feel for the final product

Fantastic experience. Val quickly understood my requirements and budgets and we put together an engagement ring that was even better than I had hoped for. Her advice on the stones and settings was really helpful and was aimed at getting me the ring I wanted. The guys at the store also worked very hard to get some custom bits finished in time for a last minute proposal... amazing service.
By far the best advice and most relaxed atmosphere of any of the stores I visited during my trip to Hatton Garden... I wish I had just gone straight to them instead of wasting hours negotiating overpriced offers

I got my wife to be's engagement ring from Smith and Green and couldn't be happier with it. The staff went out of thier way (literally across Hatton garden) to find the gem stone I was after. On returning to get our free resizing, my partner and I were that impressed with the service and friendliness of the two gentlemen in store that we decided to get our wedding bands from here too. I can't recommend this jewellery store enough - we particularly appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and non-pushyness of the salesmen. Josh gave me a very easy to follow guide on selecting a diamond for what was a very important ring. I've just picked it up and it's breathtaking. Comms were just amazing all through the process and the ring is simply "wow". Thank you so much.

What a superb jewelers! These guys have a tremendous amount of knowledge and found me the perfect ring, exactly what I was looking for. They went above and beyond and managed to find a solution to get the job done on the day (I was a little worried about the looming lockdown).
