Services
We take great pride in our helping our customers select flowers which will enhance the venue, their dress and ultimately their wedding day. We provide a free, friendly and personable consultancy service with no obligation to book. During this consultation we talk about the flowers you like, the flowers that are seasonal and of course the flowers that will best co-ordinate with your dress.
If you are stuck for a gift idea, vouchers are available at Lily West as a great alternative and can be used to buy fresh flowers, plants and any other items from our shop. They can also be used for any of our flower workshops. They are available in denominations of 10 and 15 and must be exchanged in full and cannot be exchanged for cash.
I opened my first shop, at the ripe old age of 22 in Febuary 2003. Over the last 6 years the shop has developed a reputation for its fresh flowers, professional service and friendly staff. We stock a wide range and believe in supplying our customers with only the highest quality of product available.

Ordered online from Canada to get flowers delivered to a friend that is living in Edinburgh. The website was easy to navigate and Susan even reached out over email to confirm the address prior to delivery (as it was a new building). The flowers are absolutely stunning and the website doesn't do them justice. My friend is absolutely in love with the bouquet. Highly recommend! Will order again!

Susan at Lily West arranged a beautiful bridal bouquet for me and matching button hole for my husband at really short notice. Her offer was really competitive compared to other florists and, based only on a brief description of our outfits, she choose a stunning arrangement which worked perfectly. I couldn't recommend Lily West more highly.

I rarely ever leave reviews but wanted to say that I love this shop! Is is very convenient as I work in the Old Town, but I am consistently able to buy the loveliest hand tied posies and flowers for my wife. As someone else said, us men often have little clue about flowers, but all the combinations the owner puts together always match, and the flowers do last ages!! The owner is a lovely lady herself and always very chatty - especially if you are a return customer!! Lovely owner, great flowers and a really reasonable price - what more to ask for!!

The most wonderful flower display and vases for our daughter's wedding. We selected this florist just from Google reviews as we were organising the wedding from London. The pedestal display from the church was beyond anything we could have hoped for - it was spectacular. We were so pleased with the service. The florist could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this shop.

I always get flowers for my wife here. They use really high quality flowers that last over a week. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you call over the phone and give them an idea of what type of arrangement you are looking for they do a great job to make it happen. Excellent service and beautiful flowers.
